Shipping and Returns
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on our complete product range. International customers should be aware that they are responsible to ensure that they comply with the relevant customs/importation laws in their own country.
Shipping within Australia
FREE SHIPPING is offered on all purchases over $50.00 in total value which are to be delivered to a valid Australian address.
Purchases totaling less than $50.00 will require payment of delivery fees as quoted during the checkout process.
Delivery times vary between 4 – 6 business days. To ensure the safety of your purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery of the goods. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can take possession of your goods. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you which will then provide alternate collection instructions.
Shipping to all international destinations is provided by Australia Post. Costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process where you will be presented with a number of different shipping options. Please note, all costs are in Australian Dollars AUD. As a general rule, international deliveries can take up to 10 working days to arrive at their destination.
To ensure the safety of your purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery of the goods. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the goods on delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can sign and collect it.
Marquez Distributors Pty Ltd is not responsible for payment of any customs duties, taxes (if applicable) in the destination country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will be incurred by the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Please note, all orders placed over the weekend (including public holidays) will be dispatched on the following business day.
If Marquez Distributors Pty Ltd sends incorrect products to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery via email (see our Contact Us page). We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect goods. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimal fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used.
If products are damaged when they arrive to you, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email at email@example.com or by calling +61 1300 903 988.
